Balloon Capsule Found, badgernauts recovered.
A newspaper article from the South Idaho Press reports that a farmer found the near-space exploratory capsule launched by Ben Nickell with the Idaho Balloon Rise Workshop on October 2nd.
The capsule became seperated from the balloon and the rest of the payload sometime during the October 2, 2004 flight. The rest of the flight was picture perfect, and we are glad to recover the capsules and hopefully some data and pictures.
The sign on the front of the capsule in the picture says ‘Badger Xing’
